Edifice of Pursuit, proposes a distinctive mixed-use development in Pune, Maharashtra, India. Situated in a city renowned as a major IT, automobile, and manufacturing hub, and frequently ranked as one of India's most livable cities, this project aims to create a dynamic destination for work, retail, and leisure. Spanning 5.5 acres, the design is characterized by its organic, wavy forms and innovative sustainable features.

The office tower within our 'Edifice of Pursuit' project sets a new standard for corporate workspaces in Pune. Designed with meticulous vertical zoning, each floor offers flexible layouts and dedicated recreation spaces to enhance productivity and employee well-being. The building's unique nylon-fabric exoskeleton not only provides a striking aesthetic but also contributes to thermal efficiency, preventing overheating. "As part of the 'Vault of Skills' academic endeavor, our Performing Arts Center in Chennai is envisioned as a premier destination for talent and cultural preservation, ideally located near Muttukadu Boat House on ECR. Featuring two versatile auditoriums (250 and 500 seats), extensive back-of-house facilities, and a media library, this center supports a wide range of artistic disciplines. The fluid architectural form encourages creativity and community interaction. The mall at 'Edifice of Pursuit' is conceptualized as a premier retail and entertainment destination in Pune. Our vertical zoning strategy includes a vibrant Games Zone, a diverse Food Court, three state-of-the-art Multiplex cinemas, and extensive commercial spaces accommodating 46 shops across multiple levels. Designed for seamless horizontal and vertical circulation, the mall provides an engaging experience for visitors. This project demonstrates our capability in crafting dynamic public spaces that cater to diverse commercial and leisure needs in a bustling city like Pune.

My  academic work consistently explores the nexus of architecture, culture, and community. The 'Vault of Skills' project exemplifies this philosophy, presenting a cohesive masterplan that intertwines a museum, performing arts center, research & development hub, and residential units within a single, dynamic site near Muttukadu Boat House, ECR, Chennai. This project demonstrates our commitment to creating spaces that not only serve functional needs but also foster a vibrant cultural identity, drive economic growth, and promote lifelong learning.
